What to Expect

Before Your Session

You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know. For distance sessions, find a quiet place where you can lie down undisturbed. Wear comfortable clothes. Have water nearby.

During Your Session

For distance Reiki, we'll connect briefly by video at the start to set intention, then you'll rest while I work. Most people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some fall asleep. All of that is welcome.

After Your Session

Take it slow. Drink water. You may feel energized or deeply tired, both are normal. I'll send a follow-up message with anything that came through during the session and suggestions for integration.
